Link Crew is a high school transition program that welcomes incoming 9th grade students and makes them feel comfortable throughout the first year of high school. Students from 11th and 12th grade volunteer their time to be trained to work with the incoming 9th graders. "Link Crew Leaders" work in pairs and are then assigned a group of 8 to 12 freshmen to work with throughout the year. Each 9th grader will have at least two upper classmen to call upon as a resource throughout their first year at PHS.
